Our mission is to create a safe, clean, fun, and memorable destination for families while delivering exceptional guest service and operational excellence.We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and highly organized General Manager to lead all aspects of our daily operations and help drive the long-term success of the business. Role DescriptionThe General Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of Dreamland Galaxy and be responsible for ensuring an outstanding guest experience, maintaining a clean and safe environment, managing staff, controlling costs, increasing revenue, and enforcing company standards.This position requires a hands-on leader who is comfortable working on the floor, coaching employees, solving problems, and taking ownership of the overall success of the facility.The General Manager reports directly to the Owner/CEO.QualificationsOperations Management• Oversee all daily facility operations• Ensure attractions, arcade equipment, café operations, party rooms, and guest areas are operating efficiently• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility at all times• Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and SOPs• Monitor facility appearance and ensure high standards are maintained• Coordinate maintenance and repair needsLeadership & Team Management• Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members• Create and manage employee schedules• Conduct performance evaluations and coaching sessions• Lead team meetings and training programs• Handle employee relations and disciplinary actions when necessary• Promote a positive, professional, and accountable work cultureGuest Experience• Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the facility• Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly• Monitor guest satisfaction and implement improvements• Maintain a welcoming family-friendly environmentFinancial Management• Assist in managing labor costs, inventory, and operating expenses• Monitor daily sales performance and operational metrics• Help achieve revenue and profitability goals• Assist with budgeting and financial planning• Review reports and identify opportunities for improvementEvents & Party Operations• Oversee birthday parties, group events, and special programs• Ensure events are properly staffed and executed• Support marketing initiatives and community partnershipsSafety & Compliance• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations• Maintain food safety standards and facility safety requirements• Ensure staff follows safety procedures and emergency protocols• Maintain required documentation and operational records• Previous management experience required• Experience managing teams in hospitality, entertainment, amusement, restaurant, retail, family entertainment center, trampoline park, arcade, indoor playground, or similar environment preferred• Strong leadership and organizational skills• Excellent communication and customer service abilities• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills• Experience with scheduling, staffing, and employee development• Basic understanding of budgeting and business operations• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak business periods• Proficiency with computer systems, POS systems, and scheduling softwarePreferred Qualifications• General Manager experience preferred• Food service management experience preferred• CPR and First Aid certification preferred• Experience opening or operating a family entertainment center, arcade, trampoline park, indoor playground, or similar attraction preferredCompensation & Benefits• Competitive salary based on experience• Performance-based bonus opportunities• Employee discounts• Professional growth opportunities• Opportunity to help build and lead one of the area’s premier family entertainment destinationsWhy Join Dreamland Galaxy?This is a unique opportunity to play a key leadership role in launching and growing a large family entertainment center from the ground up.
