This is a great opportunity for a skilled technician who wants steady work and room to grow.Position OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Field Technician with strong carpentry skills who can contribute immediately. This is not an entry-level role. The right candidate will be capable of handling smaller scopes of work independently and supporting larger projects with the team.This role requires someone dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and with a crew.Responsibilities\nPerform carpentry work including decks, framing, siding, windows, doors, and structural repairs\nExecute scopes of work and basic plans accurately\nMaintain a clean, safe, and organized job site\nUse hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently\nCommunicate with Project Manager to keep projects on schedule\nComplete small projects independently (repairs, punch lists, small builds)\nLoad, transport, and manage materials as needed\nEnsure work meets company quality standards\nRequirements\nMinimum 5 years of construction/carpentry experience\nStrong carpentry skillset (framing, repairs, installs, layout, etc.)\nAbility to work independently and solve problems in the field\nValid driver’s license with clean driving record\nComfortable towing a trailer (materials, equipment, dump runs)\nAbility to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors\nMust be reliable and show up ready to work\nAbility to read a tape measure and perform accurate layout\nPreferred (Not Required)\nDeck building experience\nSiding installation (Hardie, vinyl, etc.)\nWindow and door installation\nRoofing repair experience\nLight framing or structural repair experience\nWhat We're Looking For\nTakes pride in workmanship\nShows up consistently and on time\nWorks efficiently without constant supervision\nGood attitude and team mindset\nProblem-solver in the field\nSomeone we can trust to run smaller jobs\nPay & Benefits\n$22–$28 per hour based on experience\nConsistent, year-round work\nOvertime opportunities available\nGrowth opportunities within the company\nPath to Lead Technician / Project Manager\nProfessional, organized company\nWhy Work With Us We’re building a professional team — not just hiring labor.
