In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and continuous improvement of grain storage systems and accessories, playing a key role in bringing innovative, high-quality products to market.\n\nYour Impact\n\nDesign and configure product variations to meet customer-specific requirements\nDevelop and maintain standardized design procedures to improve efficiency and consistency\nGenerate accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs) for manufacturing and order fulfillment\nCreate detailed 3D models and drawings using Creo\nCollaborate cross-functionally to incorporate the Voice of the Customer into product designs\nEvaluate designs for risk, manufacturability, cost, and performance\nPerform engineering calculations and simulations to ensure product integrity\nSupport prototype builds and validation testing to verify safety and performance\nContribute to New Product Introduction (NPI) and continuous improvement initiatives\nApply lessons learned to enhance existing products and resolve field issues\nYour Experience and Qualifications\n\nBachelor's degree in Agricultural / Biological, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering\n5–10 years of engineering experience, ideally in product development\nExperience taking products from concept through production release\nProficiency with Creo and Windchill a plus\nBackground in agriculture a plus\nKnowledge of structural analysis and building codes a plus\nMatLab, MathCad, RISA software experiences are a plus\nPE or desire to obtain PE is a plus\nYour Compensation and Benefits\nExpected annual salary for this role will be$70,000-$100,000, plus eligible for an annual bonus.
