Bartender

The VIG McCormick in Scottsdale is seeking experienced Bartenders to provide a memorable and outstanding experience to our guests! Responsibilities: - Follow and execute the Genuine Concepts Steps of Service - Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant guests - Interact with guests, take orders, and serve food and drinks - Assess guest’s needs and preferences and make recommendations - Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails - Check guest’s identification and confirm it meets legal drinking requirements - Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies - Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience - Comply with all food and beverage regulations Skills Needed: - Proven working experience as a Bartender (3 years Bar experience required) - Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks - Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean - Must be able to stand for extended periods of time - This position will require a Maricopa County Food Handlers Card - This position will require an Arizona Title 4 Liquor Certification Job Perks: - Minimum Tip Wage + Credit/Cash Tips - Food and Beverage discounts at all Genuine Concepts locations (see below for list) - Fun work environment - Advancement opportunities We are Genuine Concepts!
