The ideal candidate will have a passion for coding, a strong understanding of web technologies, and experience in building and maintaining websites and web applications.\nResponsibilities:\nEssential Job Functions:\nAble to plan, design, develop, test, implement, and manage the Internet, Intranet, Wiki, and Social Media activities, including application development and technical management of web sites.\nEnsure that websites and applications are fully responsive and optimized for various devices and browsers.\nWork closely with designers, content creators, and project managers to translate requirements into functional and visually appealing websites.\nAnalyze and improve website performance, ensuring fast loading times and smooth user experiences.\nIdentify and fix issues related to web development, including bugs, security vulnerabilities, and performance bottlenecks.\nQualifications:\nNecessary Skills and Knowledge:\nWorking knowledge of NodeJs, Git, Chrome, Jenkins, and SEO marketing techniques.\nMust be familiar with implementing, migrating and integrating content management systems, specifically Drupal.\nKnowledge of Internet security principles and protocols, usability concepts, i.e. navigational aids, site architecture, knowledge management, and information delivery systems that enable all potential users to access information contained on the Web pages.\nKnowledge of current web-based application and accessibility technologies, U.S. copyright laws, accessibility factors including those specified in Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (as amended in 1998) to advise on the appropriate use of copyrighted material and ensure compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nAssociates Degree or combination of education and experience.\nMinimum of 2 years’ experience in web design and development.\nMust have at least 2 years’ of experience and proficiency in Drupal, HTML5, CSS2/3, JavaScript, PHP, Python, and jQuery.\nExperience using common graphic design tools including Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator and Gimp.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nKnowledge of standards of user experience design and experience working with application developers to integrate web applications a plus.\nThe salary range for this position is $74,000.00 - $84,000.00 annually.\n\nPay and Benefits\nAt Goldbelt, we value and reward our team's dedication and hard work.
