Own discovery, technical scoping, connectivity, and rollout, partnering directly with customer engineering and business teams. Measure success through production adoption, measurable workflow impact, and field feedback.Key ResponsibilitiesEnable customers to build skills, context, and connections independentlyExpand AI adoption across business functions beyond initial beachheadConduct discovery like a business analyst: surface use cases, rank by value, make value visible to leadershipDeploy Jean-Paul into diverse environments (customer VPCs, on-prem Docker, proxies/firewalls)Handle enterprise connectivity challenges (OAuth, redirect URIs, bot registrations, egress policies)Build context layer to make agents trustworthy; custom MCP servers in SnapLogicAdvise honestly when Jean-Paul isn't the full solutionTake on complex use cases directly and turn into repeatable patternsProvide field feedback to shape product roadmapIdeal Candidate Profile5+ years hands-on engineering or technical deployment experienceReal infrastructure work: Linux, Docker, networking, at least one major cloud, enterprise SSO/OAuthExperience building or deploying systems powered by LLMs or agentsUnderstands the difference between connected and usable systems; can build context layer for trustworthy agentsComfortable with ambiguous stakeholder needs and no specHas made others better at technical tasksComfortable being first—writes the runbookCompensation & BenefitsApproximate annual U.S. total compensation range for this position (determined by location, experience, expertise).
