Uniforms and Training at no cost to you!\r\nQualifications/Requirements:\r\nBe at least 21 years of age with high school diploma or equivalent\r\nPossess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner\r\nLicensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.\r\nMust possess a valid Driver's License with at least one year of driving experience, a clean driving record (no major violations within last 36 months, no more than 1 accident in last 24 months, no more than one minor moving violation in last 24 months), a minimum level of insurance as required by Company policy, and the ability to safely operate a vehicle required.\r\nAs a condition of employment, employee must successfully complete a background investigation and a drug screen in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws\r\nDisplay exceptional customer service and communication skills\r\nHave intermediate computer skills to operate innovative, wireless technology at client specific sites\r\nAbility to handle crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently\r\nCommunicate staffing needs on shift to Account Manager or Operations Manager\r\nAssure that officers receive appropriate training, developing them in both technical and professional skills\r\nAssure that employee grievances are heard with help from appropriate district or region HR support employees and Account or Operations Manager\r\nAdminister JSA's and safety programs outlining site-specific hazards for professional security officers on assigned shift including vehicle/driving safety as appropriate to Corporate procedures\r\nAssist Account or Operations Manager to manage uniforms, equipment, supplies and vehicles utilized at the account, maintaining appropriate inventories and maintenance checklists\r\nAble to\r\nWork in various environments such as cold weather, rain/snow or heat\r\nOccasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds\r\nClimb stairs, ramps, or ladders occasionally during shift\r\nStand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time\r\nClosing Allied Universal is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
