This role partners with internal departments to translate business needs into technical solutions that improve data access, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.\r\nEssential Duties\r\nDesign, develop, test, and maintain ASP.NET MVC applications that interact with Microsoft SQL Server databases.\r\nEnhance existing applications to improve functionality, performance, and user experience.\r\nTroubleshoot and resolve application issues in a timely manner.\r\nParticipate in code reviews and maintain documentation for developed solutions.\r\nWrite, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and views.\r\nEnsure data integrity, security, and performance across applications.\r\nAnalyze database structures and recommend improvements as needed.\r\nDesign, develop, and maintain reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).\r\nPartner with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.\r\nValidate data accuracy to support informed decision-making.\r\nWork closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.\r\nStay current on emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions.\r\nPerform other related duties as assigned.\r\nWorking Conditions\r\nWork is generally performed in an office environment.\r\nOccasional overnight travel may be required.\r\nStandard office tools and systems are required, including computers and Microsoft applications.\r\nMinimum Education And Experience Requirements\r\nAssociate's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field required; bachelor's degree preferred\r\n3+ years of experience developing and maintaining ASP.NET MVC applications\r\n3+ years of experience working with Microsoft SQL Server, including query development and performance optimization\r\n1–2 years of experience developing reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)\r\nStrong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET MVC, and .NET framework\r\nStrong knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL)\r\nSolid understanding of relational database concepts and normalization principles\r\nExperience with Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services\r\nFamiliarity with version control systems and development best practices preferred\r\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\r\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\r\nAbility to translate business requirements into technical solutions\r\nHigh attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy\r\nSelf-motivated with a continuous learning mindset and passion for technology\r\nDisclaimer\r\nThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this classification.
