This role is analytical, data-driven, and enabling.The Sales Analyst ensures BD decisions are informed by real market activity, developer behavior, and competitive dynamics.Core ResponsibilitiesMarket Trends & Reporting Identify trends in:Market growth and dynamicsGeographic areas with high potential for competitive modular adoptionProduct advances and segment shiftsCapital markets perspective on investment trendsDeliver regular summaries to BD leadership and executivesClient & Developer Intelligence Build and maintain a comprehensive database of:Active and planned development projectsDevelopers by segment and geographyArchitects and GCs influencing early decisionsInstitutional clients and investorsTrack unit deliveries, entitlements, and market activity by segmentCRM & Data OwnershipOwn CRM hygiene and reportingEnsure accurate tracking of leads, pursuits, and relationshipsProduce regular dashboards and insights for BD leadershipAssist with the coordination of marketing campaignsBD Enablement Support targeted outbound BD efforts with:Prioritized target listsDeal briefs and background researchCoordinate inputs with third-party marketing resourcesSupport creation of white papers, case studies, and market materialsIdeal Background & ProfileRequired 0–5 years experienceBackground in:Commercial real estate brokerageReal estate research or analyticsStrong academic real estate, finance, or planning programHigh comfort with data, Excel, CRM tools, and emerging AI toolsStrong attention to detail and intellectual curiosityPreferredExposure to development or construction marketsExperience working with sales or BD teams in a support roleCapabilities with AI integration, database creation, and computer science are highly preferable.Not a FitCandidates seeking quota-carrying sales rolesCandidates uninterested in analytical or operational workWhat Success Looks LikeBD decisions grounded in dataClear visibility into target markets and customersReduced noise and wasted sales effortFaster, more confident pursuit decisionsThe salary range for this role is $73,000 – $85,000(Annually). Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, and candidate skill set and experience. Base pay is just one component of Rise Modular’s Total Rewards package for employees.
