Our menus of services meet the highest Minimum Standards of Service within the industry, allowing us to provide a better service for all those who enjoy the benefits of general and business aviation.Position SummaryThe Line Services Technician provides ground support to arriving and departing aircraft while delivering safe, efficient, and professional service to flight crews and passengers. This role is responsible for daily line service operations, including aircraft fueling, ramp operations, and customer service in support of Vantage Aviation’s Fixed Base Operator (FBO) services.RequirementsEssential Responsibilities & DutiesGreet, marshal, park, tow, and move aircraft in the ramp areaFuel and defuel aircraft in accordance with company and safety proceduresProvide ground power and aircraft oil servicing, along with other standard ancillary aircraft services such as lavatory supportAssist passengers and flight crews with baggage and cargo handlingOperate and reposition passenger and crew vehicles as requiredPerform routine quality control inspections of refueler vehiclesReload and maintain fuel vehicles and complete all required documentationEnsure accurate record keeping related to fueling and line service activitiesDeliver excellent customer service with attention to detail and professionalismMaintain facility cleanliness and grounds, including building upkeep, lawn care, and snow removal as assignedPerform other duties as assignedRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentValid driver’s license with a clean driving recordStrong basic reading, writing, and math skillsAbility to work accurately in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to work evenings, weekends, and occasional holidaysAbility to pass a background check and drug screenPreferred QualificationsPrevious experience in aviation ground handling or line service operationsTravel RequirementsNoneWorking Conditions & Physical DemandsAbility to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions, including possible inclement weather conditionsExposure to aircraft noise, fuel, and ramp activityAbility to lift, carry, pull up to 50 poundsAbility to lift, carry, and move baggage or equipment as requiredAbility to stand, walk, bend, climb a ladder, and perform physical tasks for extended periodsBenefitsMedical, dental, and vision insuranceHSA with company match for applicable plansCompany-paid Short-Term Disability and Basic Life and AD&DPaid time off401(k) with company matchEmployee Assistance ProgramConfidentiality & DisclosureVantage Aviation is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
