Your evaluation will consist of taking measurements, completing shade reporting, and the overall qualification for solar panel installation.Job Duties:Documenting electrical set-up and capabilities and any existing structure or facility variancesSurvey residential home projects with a drone, taking photos at various heights and anglesAttending project, weekly operational, and safety meetingsEffective, accurate & timely communications with Service and Install Dept.Daily reporting, Computer Skills, Emails, Uploads, and SWF reportingAssist other departments as directedKnowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Competency: Possess strong problem-solving skillsExcellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills RequiredExcellent customer service skills requiredMust be highly organized and process-orientedEducation and Experience Required:Part 107 FAA certificationAt least 1 year of experience in construction, solar or PV strongly preferredOSHA 10 required.Valid Apprentice Electrician license requiredMust have a valid state driver’s licenseMust be willing to travel/commute to various job sites at least 40%, including some weekends, are requested.Prior experience and knowledge of residential electrical projects.Must be able to navigate residential roofing systems including multi-story structuresPhysical and Environmental Requirements: Ability to withstand heights, be on roofs and climb laddersAbility to lift 50+ lbs.Ability to bend, stretch, squat, and lift.Ability to work in 100+ degree weatherWe understand you may be a great candidate without fitting all our preferred experience, knowledge, skills, and attributes.
