The ideal candidate will support referral management, clinical-administrative review, documentation, and patient education. This role operates in an administrative capacity and does not involve routine hands on patient care.\n\nLocation: Dover Air Force Base, Delaware\nSchedule: Monday - Friday 7:30a-4:30p\nTravel: None\n\nKey Duties:\nTrack and follow up on outstanding referral reports and documentation.\nEnsure completed referrals from network and VA providers are returned to the referring provider within required timeframes.\nReview referrals requiring nursing judgment and maintain accurate referral statuses and documentation.\nSupport specialty referral and recapture initiatives.\nEducate patients and MTF staff on referral requirements, documentation standards, and timelines.\nMaintain accurate and timely records in required healthcare systems.\nMinimum Requirements:\nMust be a US Citizen per contract requirements\nEducation: Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program.\nLicensure: Current, active, unrestricted LPN/LVN license issued by any U.S. state, the District of Columbia, or a U.S. territory.\nCertification: Current Basic Life Support certification (AHA or Red Cross)\nExperience: One year of practical or vocational nursing experience.
