Implement production, productivity, quality, and achieve the appropriate level of volume within time constraints.Main Duties And ResponsibilitiesDispatch drivers and agents for pickups, deliveries, drop offs and recoveries at the airport, broker, vendor or client sites.Ensure imports recovery and domestic transfers are made.Ensure that all export and domestic drops are made on timeSend pre-alerts to Marken office or agents concernedResponsible for reviewing appropriate documentation, labeling and markings as included with each shipment.Advise Pickups and deliveries delays in a timely mannerResponsible for preparing the next flight out shipments.Responsible for replenishing with proper weight of dry ice on those shipments that require dry ice, as well as those that require Gel packs for temperature chain of custody.Confirm pieces, weights and dimensions after each collection and enter them in MaestroAny late pick up or miss flights must be brought to the Supervisor attention and e-mail CSEnter PODs in MaestroResponsible for scanning, packaging, labeling In-bound shipments before tendering for final destination, either domestic or international shipping.Pick up the phone before 3rd ringEnsure that all route legs are complete with all needed operational details and costs estimates entered in MaestroAnswer domestic and International “internal” quotesCheck import and export paperwork to make sure they are completePost flight all departure to make sure shipments left on booked flightLiaise with customs brokers to pre alert imports and follow up on clearance statusResponsible for performing other duties as required helping the Operations Team complete daily tasks.Working knowledge of Dangerous Goods (DG) regulations and applicable air freight compliance requirementsStrong knowledge of air freight regulations, documentation, and export compliance (TSA)Experience coordinating with airlines, overseas agents, and third-party service providersHigh attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesAbility to interpret and execute complex shipping instructions accuratelyCustomer-focused with clear, professional communication skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines simultaneouslyFinancial awareness, including basic cost control, billing accuracy, and margin considerationsIssue invoices, approve payments, reconcile costs, and manage pending charges in accordance with financial proceduresProfessional integrity, reliability, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in CargoWiseRequirementsHigh School completion or equivalent.2 years of Air freight/Freight forwarding experience is highly desirable.Knowledge of Air Export regulations.AES filing experienceAbility to multitask.Good written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in using computers and software (ex.
