The ideal candidate will bring demonstrated experience managing complex geospatial production projects, coordinating with Government or enterprise stakeholders, maintaining project schedules, resolving production risks, and ensuring that all deliverables meet contractual, technical, and quality requirements.\nThis position is contingent upon award.\n\nWhat You’ll Do:\nManage the full project lifecycle, including schedule development, task sequencing, staffing coordination, progress tracking, risk management, and delivery oversight.\nCoordinate source data review, inventory crosswalk development, pilot dataset approval, national production, quality assurance, validation, and final publication-ready delivery.\nServe as the primary management interface with Government stakeholders, the COR, technical reviewers, and internal production staff to ensure timely decision-making, issue resolution, and alignment with approved methodology and scope.\nWhat You’ll Bring:\nAt least five years of experience managing geospatial data-production projects of comparable complexity.\nDemonstrated experience with schedule management, quality control, risk management, stakeholder coordination, technical deliverable review, and production documentation.\nExperience supporting Government, maritime, infrastructure, emergency management, transportation, environmental, or enterprise geospatial programs is preferred.\nHighly organized, technically conversant in geospatial production workflows, and comfortable leading multidisciplinary teams through complex source-data ambiguity, Government adjudication, and incremental delivery cycles.\nAbility to translate technical requirements into executable work plans, maintain accountability across production teams, and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nMust be proficient in English, both written and verbal, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.\nSuccessful results of pre-employment screenings, including federal background check, MVR, and drug screen.\nComply with company drug and alcohol policy.\nBe authorized to work in the US or will be authorized by the successful candidate’s start date.\nCompensation\nExpected Salary: $50.48/hr - $64.90/hr\nVersar Global Solutions provides the compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that the Company in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities in addition to internal equity and geographic location.
