We hope you will trust your future with Keyfactor!\nTitle: Technical Project Manager\nLocation: United States; Remote, EST\nExperience: Mid-Level\nJob Function: Professional Services\nEmployment Type: Full-Time\nIndustry: Computer and Network Security\nAbout the position\nThe Project Manager is accountable for leading mid-level to moderate complexity professional services engagements at Keyfactor, ensuring high customer satisfaction with both solutions and services provided.\nApplicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nDefines, monitors, and adjusts project scope and timelines as necessary.\nSchedules, coordinates, and leads meetings and working sessions for team members and customers.\nConducts customer meetings via video and voice calls, promoting active participation.\nActs as an escalation point for project issues and initiates resolution.\nEnsures the company meets legal obligations through contract interpretation.\nLeads daily customer-facing interactions via Teams/Zoom calls and emails.\nAdvances projects by collaborating with clients and internal resources.\nEfficiently utilizes Delivery teams and their skill sets to prioritize and manage projects.\nUses Keyfactor's conversation flow and technical terminology for clear, concise communication.\nLeads the development of processes and procedures to create scalable standards.\nAssists in determining and tracking team KPIs.\nActs and speaks on behalf of the company, making autonomous decisions and encouraging teammates to do so.\nPrioritizes customer satisfaction, resulting in referenceable accounts.\nServes as the primary point of contact for approximately 12-16 complex enterprise projects simultaneously.\nReports and escalates issues to management as needed.\nEnsures project data in Salesforce and project management tools is up to date.\nSKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, or related field required; or equivalent experience.\nComprehensive knowledge of industry standards, company operations, and advanced methodologies.\nModerate experience managing/interacting with 3rd party resellers/service providers/partners.\nIn-depth knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.\nExceptional ability to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.\nAdvanced risk management and mitigation skills.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.\nAdvanced proficiency in project management software and tools.\nAbility to lead small projects, innovate within the role, and provide training to peers.\nCapacity to provide strategic direction and guidance to project teams.\nAbility to influence stakeholders and drive consensus.\nAbility to develop and implement project plans that align with organizational goals.\nCompensation\nSalary will be commensurate with experience.\nCulture, Career Opportunities and Benefits\nWe build teams that continually strive to get better than the day before.
