Marketing Assistant/Marketing Associate

Marketing Associate Riverwoods IL 60015(Hybrid) 6+ Month Prospecting, researching and qualifying leads in a defined territory across Canada and the US. Prospect and interact with prospects and customers through the chatbot on our website and online store. Ability to configure carts for online sales for prospects and customers using our ecommerce platform. Contact prospects from inbound lead source channels, outbound phone calls, and email cadences. You are often the first point of contact with our prospects, allowing us to establish a positive relationship and experience. You will use our customer relationship management (CRM) system to track progress, schedule activities, and document relevant information on prospective clients. Respond promptly and effectively to client inquiries, concerns, and issues. Work closely with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve challenges to ensure client satisfaction. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in a B2B environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with clients. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Knowledge of CRM software and sales processes. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven approach. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address client needs and develop effective solutions.
