Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Policy Management Specialist to lead the development, review, and implementation of organizational policies. In this role, you will ensure that policies are compliant with regulatory standards, aligned with organizational goals, and effectively communicated across teams. Your expertise in data analysis, research methodologies, and policy frameworks will drive continuous improvement and support strategic decision-making. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence organizational governance and promote best practices through meticulous policy oversight. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Policy Creation & Maintenance Draft, review, and update company policies in collaboration with Executive team. Ensure policies align with regulatory requirements and organizational standards. Since policy management impacts quality of operation (process quality) as company, this role will liaise with a forthcoming company initiative to establish a Quality Management System (QMS) and ISO 9001 certification 2. Policy Communication Distribute and broadcast policy updates to employees through internal communication channels (email, intranet, policy portals). Develop clear summaries and FAQs for easy understanding. 3. Policy Tracking & Compliance Implement and manage systems for tracking policy acknowledgments and compliance. Monitor adherence and maintain records for audits and reporting. 4. Process Improvement Identify opportunities to streamline policy management processes. Recommend and implement tools or software for efficient policy lifecycle management. 5. Other Duties Board / Shareholder Meeting – creation of agenda and meeting minutes NDA/Contract – occasional review of NDAs and/or contracts QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Human Resources, or related field. Experience in policy management, compliance, or legal documentation preferred. EDUCATION &/OR EXPERIENCE Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in document management systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of regulatory compliance and corporate governance is a plus. Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication.
