This role is integral to the Client Implementations Team, successfully managing cross functional client facing projects to ensure an exceptional client experience.\nWhat you'll do:\nEnsure multiple, complex, client facing projects are delivered on time and in scope, and in alignment with organizational goals.\nUse best practices and promoting excellence in:\nAdvancing projects from engagement to post-live transition\nManagement of client/third party expectations, tasks, issues, and risks\nMatrixed resource management\nCross-functional collaboration and unblocking\nStakeholder engagement\nExecutive, client, and task level communication\nLeadership – ensure on-time delivery of our contracted client experience solutions and meeting or exceeding our aggressive OKRs and KPIs.\nReport out to multiple constituents, from planning phase through successful activation, and transition to the Account Team.\nProgram Support - identify opportunities for internal project delivery efficiencies, process improvement and design. Ensure policies and procedures are clearly defined and followed to promote proficiency and efficiency.\nCollaboration - work closely with Sales, Business Intelligence, Marketing, Engineering, Solutions, and Client Success teams to ensure successful delivery of Transcarent services.\nWhat we're looking for:\nBachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) from an accredited university\nAt least 7 years of experience leading large, complex projects or at least 10 years of experience with less complex and/or smaller projects\nPMI (I.e., PMP, PgMP) and Agile (e.g., CSM) Certification preferred\nExperience independently developing standard program and project documentation\nExperience managing matrixed cross-functional project teams\nExperience with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, diagramming solutions (Lucid Chart, Miro, Visio) Outstanding executive facing communication (written and verbal, effective virtual presence)\nNice to have:\nExperience in a fast-moving start-up environment\nUnderstanding of integration tools (APIs (Application Program Interface), Business Intelligence models (Commure/Snowflake), and other data sharing methods (SFTP/ETL/FHIR)\nTotal Rewards\nIndividual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate's skills, experience, market demands, and internal equity.\nSalary is just one component of Transcarent's total package.
