Don’t miss this opportunity to shape the future.\nRequired to be local to Raleigh, NC.\nDay to Day Roles and Responsibilities:\nOversees direct reporting resources.\nCoordinates and monitors the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance.\nNegotiates and prepares contracts, financial, resources, and contractual requirements.\nDevelops new business and expands product line.\nEnsures adherence to master plans and schedules and develops solutions to program problems.\nEnsures projects are completed on time and within budget.\nActs as advisor to program team regarding projects, tasks, and operations.\nResponsible for managing technical design and implementation of technical mailers systems including Mail.DAT, mail.xml, shipping services file, Customer data mart, informed Delivery, informed visibility, enterprise api, and microservices.\nExpert knowledge of mailing and shipping specifications used to integrate mailers software.\nProvide daily status of team progress to management and other stakeholders.\nResponsible for managing the release processes.\nLead System Solution Activities to include technical system solutions.\nCoordinate Support for downstream systems and processes such as CAT Testing, Mailer Support\nTime-line and Schedule Management for ATS Releases\nManage technical implementations.\nResponsible for Pricing, postage statements, technical implementation, shipping Services and Enterprise API.\nLiaison between business stakeholders and development teams.\nBasic Qualifications:\n6+ years of experience.\nAbility to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.\nMust be a U.S Citizenship or Green Card holder. No sponsorships.\nResiding in the U.S for the past five years with no more than 6 months travel outside the U.S. during this time frame.\nMilitary Service excluded.
