The company delivers scalable solutions including AS/RS systems, goods-to-person solutions, autonomous mobile robots and 4D Pallet Shuttle, designed to increase throughput, maximize storage density, and reduce labor dependency.Job SummaryWe are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to support growth for a scaling provider of warehouse automation and robotics solutions. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic customer relationships, and driving revenue across key markets. The ideal candidate will bring experience in automation, intralogistics, or material handling, along with a consultative sales approach and strong technical acumen.Key Responsibilities• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within target industries (e.g., eCommerce, 3PL, retail, manufacturing)• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and industry engagement• Engage with customers to understand operational challenges and position automation solutions that deliver measurable ROI• Collaborate with engineering and solutions teams to develop customized proposals and system concepts• Lead the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract negotiation and closing• Experience developing and collaborating with channel partners to drive revenue• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders• Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings• Track market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategy• Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting to leadershipRequired Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field• 3+ years of business development or technical sales experience in warehouse automation, robotics, material handling, or related industries• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets• Strong understanding of intralogistics systems (e.g., AS/RS, AMRs, 4D Pallet Shuttle technology)• Ability to communicate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a contract-driven environment• Strong organizational and pipeline management skills• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship• Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as neededPreferred Qualifications• Experience selling integrated automation or robotics solutions• Experience with High Density automated warehouse technology• Existing network within logistics, fulfillment, or manufacturing sectors• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms• Exposure to AI-driven or software-enabled automation solutionsEmployment Terms• Full-time contract with clear path to full-time permanent role• Fully remote with 50% travel US & Canada• Competitive, salary-based (exempt) compensation• Excellent commission Program – % of gross sales revenue• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship now or in the future• Ability and willingness to travel internationally for training as requiredWhy Join Us• Opportunity to represent cutting-edge automation and robotics solutions• High-growth environment with significant market opportunity• Direct impact on company growth and market expansion• Collaborative, entrepreneurial team culture
