This role will work closely with Ametek/Rauland technologies, supporting system design, programming, configuration, troubleshooting, testing, and implementation activities across healthcare environments.\r\nThe ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on experience with nurse call systems, low-voltage infrastructure, system programming, and healthcare technology integrations.\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\nSupport enterprise-wide conversions to the Rauland Enterprise Nurse Call System.\r\nConfigure, program, and deploy nurse call systems based on unit-specific needs assessments.\r\nAnalyze design drawings, system layouts, and as-built documentation to support programming activities.\r\nTroubleshoot programmed systems and assist Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) teams during go-live activities.\r\nCollaborate with clinical, business, and technical stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.\r\nResearch and resolve system issues, enhancement requests, and customer support inquiries.\r\nParticipate in software testing, implementation, and validation activities.\r\nEnsure data integrity and proper functionality of configured systems.\r\nServe as a liaison between operational, clinical, and technical teams during project execution.\r\nSupport small-to-mid-sized implementation projects and contribute to successful project delivery.\r\nProvide after-hours/on-call support as needed.\r\nRequired Qualifications\r\nBachelor's Degree OR Associate Degree with 2+ years of business analysis experience.\r\nExperience designing and implementing Nurse Call Systems.\r\nStrong understanding of:\r\nDevice wiring and functionality\r\nNurse call system programming and configuration\r\nPower requirements and system architecture\r\nConsole operations and zone light coverage\r\nExperience with low-voltage cabling installation, terminations, and troubleshooting.\r\nAbility to program systems and successfully deploy configurations to production environments.\r\nKnowledge of networking fundamentals and nurse call system connectivity.\r\nExperience reading and interpreting design drawings, floor plans, and as-built documentation.\r\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\r\nProficiency with Microsoft Excel, Access, and Outlook.\r\nPreferred Qualifications\r\nExperience with Rauland Enterprise (RE) Nurse Call Systems.\r\nKnowledge of Rauland integrations with hospital systems.\r\nUnderstanding of Rauland server architecture.\r\nPrevious healthcare or hospital technology experience.\r\nVendor certifications related to nurse call or healthcare communication systems.\r\nRequired Skills\r\nRauland Enterprise (RE)\r\nNurse Call Systems\r\nPCCS (Patient Care Communication Systems)\r\nLow Voltage Cabling\r\nSystem Programming & Configuration\r\nNetworking Fundamentals\r\nSystem Troubleshooting\r\nHealthcare Technology Systems\r\nExcel & Access\r\nNice to Have\r\nAmetek/Rauland implementation experience\r\nHospital infrastructure projects\r\nServer architecture knowledge\r\nHealthcare systems integration experienceBenefits:\r\nWe offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance to support employees' health and well-being.
