Develops rapport with members and responds to questions related to fitness.\nKeeps accurate records of members’ attendance and progress.\nSets up and takes down class equipment. Reports equipment problems.\nDiscusses and promotes all YMCA programs. Motivates members to commit to long-term participation.\nEnsures safe and effective workouts. Responds to, and reports, accidents, incidents, and equipment problems.\nAttends staff meetings and trainings as required.
