In this role you will balance business development and sales responsibilities including identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities. You will also work with and leverage a top-notch client management and consulting team. You are responsible for all client interface and new business development.\nThe Opportunity:\nClient Relationship Management – creating and managing relationships across a variety of stakeholders including technical leads to the C-Suite – both business and IT to drive relevant and meaningful new business opportunities and growth\nBusiness Development – responsible for building a minimum portfolio of $30M annual revenue – driving revenue within the assigned count scope by being the owner of the entire Opportunity Management Cycle: This involves identifying business opportunities, presenting concepts to the client where required, and influencing the client to partner for additional business based on demonstrated capability and past performance\nManagement – End to end accountability for the portfolio – includes sales revenue profitability and customer satisfaction • Cross collaboration with various UST teams to create innovative and relevant capabilities for the customer\nClient Delivery Assurance – assures and communicates UST’s commitment to the delivery process by working collaboratively with UST delivery teams. Drive and lead Delivery Management to flawless execution.\nGlobal Delivery Management Ownership (offshore and onshore) to address all people or infrastructure related issues that may be affecting the delivery of projects in your portfolio\nBalance different projects running for the client that may involve different delivery managers or horizontal competency unit resources\nLead and define the pursuit teams for each opportunity, work closely with the Solutions Architect team to build customized solution pitches for the target opportunity while driving the revenue and delivery of these solutions to the account scope\nWhat you need:\nAt least 8 years’ experience with strong sales/relationship management/account management experience\nBachelor’s Degree or at least 8 years relevant experience\nFinancial management and P&L leadership experience – preferably of a portfolio of $10M+\n• Track record of interacting and building relationship with C-Suite level Client Contacts – business and IT • Experience managing large multi-location consulting engagement teams desirable\nBonus Points if:\nYou can drive digital and industry relevant experiences to benefit the client\nYou have significant business development experience\nYou have a good understanding of the industry specific business issues, drivers and relevant solutions\nYou have technical experience in developing solutions for the industry\nYou have hands-on experience with proposal creating and leading proposal presentations\n\nCompensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience.
