Dishwasher/Busser

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher/Busser to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This role is essential in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen and dining areas, ensuring that our guests have a pleasant dining experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service and hospitality, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented atmosphere. Responsibilities Efficiently wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area and kitchen workspace. Assist in bussing tables by clearing away used dishes, utensils, and debris promptly. Help set up and break down banquet tables for catering events as needed. Support food handling processes by ensuring all kitchen items are sanitized and stored correctly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Follow all health and safety regulations related to food service and sanitation. Skills Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and hygiene standards. Experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required. Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being self-motivated. Good communication skills to interact with staff and guests courteously. Familiarity with catering services or banquet setups is a plus. Willingness to help out in various roles as needed within the restaurant setting.
