FMS Future Operations Training Scheduler & Analyst

POSITION DESCRIPTION:Pioneering Evolution is seeking an experienced Training Scheduler / Analyst who will provide strategic, operational, and analytical support for Manpower, Personnel, and Training (MPT) requirements in support of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs. The selected candidate will focus on developing, coordinating, scheduling, and executing integrated maritime training pipelines for international military students, ensuring alignment with program objectives and ship delivery timelines.The ideal candidate will possess:Strong ability to analyze maritime training requirements and identify effective training solutions across U.S. Navy, OEM, and professional maritime training venues.Advanced capability to develop, maintain, and refine complex training pipelines supporting crew qualification and safe operation of modern naval platforms.Strong analytical skills to assess scheduling, pipeline, and training execution challenges and recommend optimal solutions.Ability to schedule course requirements in alignment with FMS case requirements, program objectives, and delivery timelines.Strong capability to track training execution metrics and translate data into actionable insights for leadership decision-making.Ability to coordinate effectively with government stakeholders, schoolhouses, and industry partners on course availability, training requirements, and schedule changes.Strong written and verbal communication skills to prepare presentations, reports, briefings, and monthly updates.Ability to communicate expectations and updates regarding MPT plans, training reports, and related deliverables.Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.Ability to manage and analyze complex, linked datasets and spreadsheets.REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:8+ years of experience serving aboard a U.S. Navy surface combatant (LCS-1 class preferred).3+ years of experience in Foreign Military Sales, international military student training/education, or DoD Security Assistance programs.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and WordAbility to organize and analyze data, including management of complex linked spreadsheetsAbility to prepare reports, briefings, and formal correspondence.Bachelor's degree in engineering, education, training, management, or a related technical/professional field.DESIRED EXPERIENCE:Experience supporting U.S. Navy training programs.Prior experience in training program management, maritime training operations, or headquarters staff support.Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.Agile planning experience.Working knowledge of Microsoft Project and basic data analysis or data mining techniques.Active Secret Security Clearance.WHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE OFFER:In addition to competitive salaries and opportunities for professional development and advancement, our employees enjoy a comprehensive range of benefits.
