Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Door to Door Salesperson based in Santa Rosa, CA. The responsibilities include engaging with potential customers to introduce services, identifying prospective clients, explaining the benefits of the company’s offerings, and closing sales. Successful candidates will also contribute to building and maintaining strong customer relationships while meeting sales targets. Training may also be provided to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. Qualifications Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with potential customersProven experience in Sales and Sales Management to meet and exceed sales targetsAbility to train and guide others in sales techniques and product knowledgeUnderstanding or experience in a related industry, such as the Beauty Industry, is a plusSelf-motivated with excellent organizational and time management abilitiesHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales is a plusWillingness to travel locally as required for door-to-door engagements
