You\\'ll develop creative solutions to project challenges and demonstrate proficiency with state-of-the-art design and documentation tools. Organizational and time-management skills will be essential as you prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. We are committed to providing personalized mentorship to help you achieve your professional development goals.\nResponsibilities The Structural Design Engineer will be responsible for preparing construction documents and supporting calculations for a variety of projects, including but not limited to:\nHigh-density, multi-story residential mixed-use apartments (podium & wrap types)\nDetached single-family homes\nSenior/affordable housing\nCommercial, hospitality, and parking structures\nIn the initial phase, you will work in a supporting role, utilizing cutting-edge technology to create industry-leading, well-coordinated, and cost-efficient construction documents. Over time, you\\'ll transition into a more senior role, attending project meetings and collaborating with architects, developers, contractors, and other design professionals to develop efficient and practical design solutions that ensure smooth project execution.\nQualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (required). Master’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering is a plus.\nLicensing: E.I.T.
