You will be responsible for providing electrical and mechanical support of electrical controls and mechanical systems for manufacturing machinery.\r\nEligible for a $2,500 sign-on bonus after 90 days in the role.\r\nHours of Work: 3rd Shift – 10:30 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.\r\nAbout the Role Maintain, replace, repair, test or adjust electrical system components of a variety of electrical equipment and devices within individual and site license scope.\r\nWork with and support Maintenance Technicians in repair, adjustment, or calibration of mechanical systems and their control apparatus.\r\nPartner with other team members, engineers, contractors, etc., on installation and maintenance of new equipment, plant layout revisions, and plant-wide continuous improvement projects.\r\nPerform and support diagnostics and issue resolution of individual and network device I/Os, PLCs, and associated hardware and software interfaces.\r\nDevelop and verify electrical documentation for equipment, wiring diagrams, procedures and related data.\r\nFollow all safety rules and use of safety equipment to comply with state and federal regulations, report all safety and environmental hazards, and attend safety and environmental training programs.\r\nComplete required annual continuing education commensurate with electrical license.\r\nComplete repairs in a timely manner and follow up with customers to ensure work was complete and effective.\r\nAbout You Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a vocational degree in electrical or electro-mechanical discipline with relevant work experience, or significant relevant work experience with a minimum of a high school diploma.\r\nMaintenance or Journeyman Electrician License would be a plus.\r\nStrong preference for PLC, network I/O, communication knowledge fundamentals.\r\nExperience working in an industrial maintenance capacity with a wide range of production machinery.\r\nSkilled in maintenance and repair of industrial controls systems and use of common electrical test instruments.\r\nThorough understanding of electrical safety and safe work practices.\r\nWhat's in it for You?
