Orthodontic New Patient Coordinator

Our world-class team of charming badasses is growing and needs to add a New Patient Coordinator. Our New Patient Coordinators are responsible for introducing new patients to our practice, presenting them with treatment options, and facilitate the transition to them starting orthodontic treatment.This is a problem solving position in an organization that values providing honest recommendations, as well as delivering expectation-shattering results. What path is best?), communicating what can feel like "a lot" in asimple and stress-free way.Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage a list of pending clients, removing all appropriate obstacles to them starting treatmentSomeone who can multitask while actively listening to their clientsWilling to invest time in getting to know our patients and treatment plansYou would be working primarily in our Fayetteville office, but also must be able to travel to our Centerton office as needed.Here's what ISN'T required:Dental or orthodontics experience – Though it is nice to have, it's more important that you are motivated by on-the-job learning as you'll get tons working with us (with a certification to boot!)Check out the benefits we offer:Compensation: Starting salary range $36,000-$44,000 ($17-$22 an hour) with increases for years of service & developing skills on the jobGoal-based monthly bonusesTwo weeks **** paid vacation per year, increasing the longer you work with usMajor holidays off with payMedical insurance , paid 100% by us!Health Savings Account , with employer contributionRetirement plan , also with employer contributionWellness bonus
