issues to maintain project objectives\n\nSupport successful project delivery through effective coordination, problem-solving, and project closeout\n\nQualifications\n\nBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred\n\n5+ years of experience in construction project management\n\nPharmaceutical construction experience required\n\nProven ability to manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and project teams on multi-phase construction projects\n\nStrong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and applicable building codes\n\nExcellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills\n\nProficiency in construction management and project scheduling software, such as Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or Primavera\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment\n\nStrong understanding of project documentation, cost tracking, and construction coordination\n\nOSHA 30 certification preferred\n\nPMP or CCM certification a plus\n\nPreferred Experience\n\nExperience managing pharmaceutical, biotech, life sciences, or other regulated facility construction projects\n\nExperience with cleanroom, modular, or specialized facility construction\n\nFamiliarity with GMP-regulated environments and project requirements\n\nExperience coordinating architectural, engineering, MEP, and construction disciplines\n\nProven experience managing subcontractor relationships, procurement, and project delivery\n\nExperience with project forecasting,
