Provides assessments of technical and operational practices based on leading industry standards specific to the requested technology. The Contractor acts as the SME for data science and analytics.\r\nThe contractor acts as the Data Science/Analytics SME. Responsibilities include assisting in agency compliance with the Mayor's order on open data/data protection, preparing annual reports, performing data analysis on a variety of data sets, including sentencing and prosecution data. The contractor will also assist in the cleansing of current and historical litigation data, and the preparation of agency performance metrics and real time case information dashboards used by management. The contractor must have hands on experience not just a working knowledge using Tableau either as an Administrator or Analyst. Must be able to utilize PowerBI to provide analysis and build dashboards. Contractor should be able to use SAS to provide advanced analytics, business intelligence, data management and predictive analytics.\r\nResponsibilities\r\nProvides assessments of technical and operational practices based on leading industry standards specific to the requested technology.\r\nPlans, organizes, and conducts research in a variety of areas, such as new or existing products, science, social science, law or business in support of an IT initiative.\r\nSearches sources such as reference works, literature, documents, newspapers, statistical records, and other sources of information.
