Rest assured, we will always be clear about role expectations.What You Need To Have To Be Considered10+ years of experience in enterprise application development, including 6+ years in architecture rolesStrong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, design patterns, and microservices architectureExperience designing APIs, event-driven systems, caching, and secure distributed architecturesHands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCPStrong understanding of system design, scalability, performance, and non-functional requirements (availability, security, failover)Experience with CI/CD pipelines, GIT, and modern DevOps practicesProven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, UX, QA, DevOps) in Agile environmentsExcellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex architectures to technical and non-technical stakeholdersThese will help you stand outExperience in healthcare payer domain or regulated industries (PCI, PII, PHI, ADA compliance)Strong knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD), micro frontends, and distributed systemsExperience with concurrency, parallel processing, and large-scale system designHands-on experience evaluating new technologies, vendors, and leading POCsDemonstrated ability to influence enterprise-wide architecture decisions and drive innovationBenefitsCognizant offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance.
