If you love content creation and want to learn the ins and outs of local marketing and real estate, this is the perfect gig for you!We are looking for a motivated, energetic Social Media & Real Estate Assistant to help a top local real estate team capture the community vibe, create killer content, and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.The Details:Position: Part-Time (Summer)Hours: Flexible (roughly 10–15 hours per week, mostly daytime/weekdays)Location: In-person / On-the-go around the local areaPay: Hourly Rate, $15–$18/hour, depending on experienceWhat You’ll Do:1. Content Creation & ProductionFilm on Location: Follow the realtor to beautiful home listings, local coffee shops, and community events to capture high-quality aesthetic video and photos (using an iPhone/provided gear).Edit Trending Videos: Turn raw footage into engaging, fast-paced Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts using trending audio, transitions, and captions.Brainstorm Ideas: Help come up with funny, educational, or highly relatable content concepts that showcase the local lifestyle.2. On-the-Ground Real Estate AssistSign Placement: Help put out open house signs or "Just Listed" directional signs around local neighborhoods (perfect for getting some steps in!).Local Errands: Run quick, small errands like dropping off closing gifts, picking up marketing materials, or grabbing a coffee before a shoot.Must-Have Requirements & Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you must meet the following criteria:Reliable Vehicle & License: You must have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and your own reliable car. You will be responsible for transporting yourself to various listings and locations, as well as transporting real estate signs in your vehicle.Tech & Social Media Savvy: Strong familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. You should already know how to find trending audio and feel comfortable editing on mobile apps like CapCut, Canva, or InShot.Physical Ability: Must be comfortable being on your feet during filming days and able to lift/carry up to 25 pounds (lifting and placing heavy real estate signs/stakes into the ground).Professionalism & Discretion: You will be entering clients' private homes and luxury properties.
