Independently perform core services (window cleaning, pressure washing, concrete sealing, gutter clearing) Full-service capable: roof-pump operation, aerial lift certified Lead crews, oversee quality, mentor teammates & optimize operations What You’ll Do Window & pressure washing (residential + commercial) Gutter clearing Concrete sealing Upsell services on-site (submit to your Ops Manager) Maintain equipment, vehicle cleanliness & safety protocols Who You Are High-school diploma (or equivalent) No criminal history Valid driver’s license & ability to lift 50 lbs.
