This professional will play a crucial role in supporting our litigation and investigation efforts by managing electronic data through its lifecycle. The ideal candidate possesses excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced legal environment. This is a remote opportunity.We offer competitive compensation and an extraordinary benefits package including health, dental and vision insurance, 401K with company matching, flexible spending accounts, paid holidays, three weeks paid time off, and more.Position DescriptionThe eDiscovery Analyst will be responsible for managing all aspects of the electronic discovery process, from data collection to production.Principal Responsibilities IncludeProcess, analyze, and manage electronically stored information (ESI) using specialized eDiscovery platforms and tools Perform data collections from various sources including email systems, network shares, cloud repositories, and mobile devices Execute data processing workflows including deduplication, filtering, and data culling Conduct searches across document collections using complex search syntax, keywords, and analytics tools Support document review workflows including batching, coding, redaction management, and quality control Prepare and perform data productions according to agreed-upon specifications and formats Generate reports on processing statistics, review metrics, and project status Collaborate with legal teams to develop and implement effective eDiscovery strategies Maintain chain of custody documentation and proper data handling procedures Stay current with emerging technologies, legal requirements, and best practices in eDiscovery Create and maintain documentation of eDiscovery processes and procedures Provide technical support and guidance to legal teams regarding eDiscovery technologies Education And ExperienceBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Legal Studies, or related field Minimum 5+ years of experience in eDiscovery, litigation support, or legal technology Demonstrated experience with major eDiscovery platforms (e.g., Relativity, Nuix, Concordance, Summation) Working knowledge of data processing workflows and production protocols Requires a Secret clearance. Required Skills And CompetenciesProficiency with eDiscovery software and tools, including processing, analytics, and review platforms Understanding of litigation hold procedures and data preservation techniques Knowledge of document review workflows and quality control processes Experience with data collection methods and forensic principles Familiarity with various file types, metadata, and electronic data sources Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with legal teams and explain technical concepts Understanding of legal procedures and terminology related to discovery Knowledge of data privacy regulations and confidentiality requirements Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
