This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership position responsible for maintaining critical plant equipment and infrastructure while leading skilled maintenance personnel.\n\nThe Maintenance Manager will spend significant time on the plant floor, coordinating daily maintenance activities, preventative maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, shutdowns, and outages.
