Responsibilities include assisting with outages, validating compliance reporting, and supporting end-users with application functionality. The position requires strong problem-solving skills, familiarity with pharmacy workflows, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.\r\nPosition Location This is a remote-based position within the Continental US.\r\nResponsibilities Identify technical issues and user feedback related to VytlOne products; resolve problems and recommend enhancements to improve product quality and user experience.\r\nProvide advanced support to the VytlOne Pharmacy Service Operations Helpdesk, including troubleshooting outages, workflow issues, insurance, patient merges, interventions, claim pricing, and other operational concerns.\r\nManage PMP reporting for all pharmacies for all licensed states: configure state-specific \"drug of interest\" lists, troubleshoot failed jobs, validate file acceptance, and correct errors to ensure compliance.\r\nTroubleshoot application and software issues across servers, databases, and desktops; document resolutions and changes.\r\nParticipate in Helpdesk rotation after hours (weekdays and weekends) and assist with change control validations for IT, Admin, and Operations teams.\r\nTrack and report time for CapEx, OpEx, and AddBack projects, including pharmacy implementations, closures, and UAT.\r\nCreate and maintain user guides, SOPs, technical documentation, and training materials.\r\nRecommend process improvements based on incident trends and operational feedback.\r\nConsult with business units to define requirements, document workflows, and identify opportunities for process optimization.\r\nSupport user acceptance testing and new system functionality releases.\r\nProvide end-user support and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.\r\nCoordinate system upgrades, implementations, and performance improvement initiatives.\r\nLead efforts to enhance team efficiency, knowledge sharing, and operational effectiveness.\r\nUndertake special projects as needed.\r\nQualifications Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
