As they continue to grow they need a PM Lead to uphold their reputation for excellence while managing a team of other Project Managers.This leadership role is responsible for overseeing a team of Project Managers while maintaining strategic oversight of complex projects from initial budgeting through final client closeout.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and support a team of Project Managers to ensure successful project executionProvide guidance on best practices, workflows, and problem resolutionReview project plans, schedules, and deliverables to ensure consistency and accuracyAct as an escalation point for complex project issues, client concerns, and on-site challengesPartner with Sales and Operations leadership to align project execution with business goalsSupport onboarding and training of new Project ManagersProvide senior-level oversight of projects from kickoff through closeoutReview all FFE items and coordinate with clients, architects, and designersIncluding furniture, film, signage, vending, plants, accessories, and suppliesOversee PM function that quantities ordered – part of project – are properly incorporated into manpower allocations by the Operations Team Ensure accuracy of incoming deliveries and spot-check orders and quantitiesProper coordination with client provided 3rd party vendors to ensure schedules are complete and properly circulatedSkills & QualificationsMinimum 7+ years of experience in project management, facility management, design, or office furniture environmentsPrior experience leading, mentoring, or supervising project teamsStrong leadership, organizational, and follow-through skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)Proficient in use of Microsoft TeamsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively across departments and lead by example
