The Finance Manager is responsible for coordinating the sale of finance and insurance programs to customers. The Finance and Insurance Manager works with lenders and financial institutions to provide financial services to dealership customers. While you take care of our customers, we will take care of you! Abides by all Red Flag standards and lawsComplies with all Safeguard and Transaction compliance rules and regulationsEnsures that all organizational activities and operations are carried out in compliance with organizational guidelines and local, state, and federal regulations and laws governing business operationsOversees completion and submission of all financing documentsActs as liaison between the customer and the lending institutionEnsures adherence to F&I reporting requirements of companyAttends weekly manager meetingsWorks directly with employees and customers to develop relationships and to assist bridge disconnects in the sales processBuilds rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer network present finance and product options to customersMeets monthly objectivesWork with service advisors to address customer inquiries with regard to warranty and service contractsTraining and providing the sales team with information on finance and lease programs and the benefits of the dealership's financing and extended service programsOther related duties as assigned Position Requirements MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:At least 2 years of dealership experienceAbility to Develop and Maintain Customer RelationshipsStrong Computer SkillsMust be able to present a proper menu presentationProvide desk support when needed and work with management teamDeal with local and national bankers and manufacturer representativesUnderstand tag and title laws; DMVAbility to multi-task in a fast paced work environmentSubmit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug screenValid driver's license with good driving recordMust be authorized to work in the United States AAP/EEO STATEMENT/ADA STATEMENT: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions Shift Days This position is currently accepting applications.
