Inventory Clerk (SEASONAL)

Title: Inventory Clerk (Seasonal) Classification: Hourly/Seasonal Brand: Hale Groves Work Location: Vero Beach, FL General Function We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory levels, tracking inventory locations, movements and activities on a daily basis. This individual may also be the primary contact person for our main inventory storage facility. Roles & Responsibilities Maintaining and updating records on every pallet location in our warehouse using our ERP system, Microsoft Dynamics A Stocking, processing and cataloging inventory/products. Performing physical counts and updating system records. Reporting discrepancies between physical counts and system records. Receive, warehouse and ship out inventory as needed. Provide direction to forklift drivers as needed. Assist the Inventory Supervisor in performing quality checks, cycle counts, tracking waste and other various tasks as assigned by the Inventory Supervisor. Education, Experience & Qualifications Proven work experience as an Inventory Clerk or similar role. Warehousing experience preferred. Computer experience required. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong math and analytical skills. Forklift experience a plus! Ability to lift 50lbs and stand for long period of time.
