Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nGood understanding of Client Dialogflow CX or similar conversational AI frameworks.\nExposure to LLM (Large Language Models), agentic architectures, and prompt engineering concepts.\nFamiliarity with ADK (Agent Development Kit), Playbook, or similar agentic frameworks.\nConceptual understanding of machine learning fundamentals and model telemetry.\nKey Requirements and Technology Experience:\nMust have skills: Java, Spring, Kafka, Springboot, Microservices, REST API.\n6-8 years of strong experience in Java development, including proficiency in Spring / Spring Boot.\n2-3 years of experience with Python, focused on backend or data-driven development.\nDeep understanding of Reactive Programming (WebFlux, etc.)\nHands-on experience with Apache Kafka for event-driven architectures.\nExperience with Flink for stream processing and data pipelines.\nProficiency in Redis for caching and performance optimization.\nDatabase expertise in both MongoDB (NoSQL) and Oracle (RDBMS).\nStrong experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs.\nGraphQL knowledge is good to have but not mandatory.\nStrong problem-solving and debugging skills.\nExperience with microservices architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native environments (OCP, Kubernetes, etc.).\nExcellent communication skills; ability to collaborate across engineering and product teams.\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.\nPrior experience in banking, fintech, or digital assistant platforms is an advantage\nOur client is a leading IT Industry and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar fulltime positions.
