The person in this role will be responsible for managing recruiting activities, including communication with candidates, coordination of interview and travel schedules and the coordination of pre-employment processes. The person in this role will provide high quality customer service to candidates, hiring managers, and employees. While this role supports recruiting efforts company‑wide, it will have a focused partnership with the Equity Capital Markets (ECM) division. This recruiter will manage full‑cycle recruitment for roles at all levels—including internships, entry‑level, mid‑level, and occasional senior positions.This position also oversees the structure, planning, and execution of D.A. Davidson’s Investment Banking and Equity Research internship programs within ECM, maintaining strong relationships with universities, academic partners, and early‑career talent pipelines.Key Responsibilities:Own the recruiting process from Interview to Offer, including resume reviews, screening calls, scheduling interviews with hiring managers and their team, and extending employment offersHelp ensure an excellent candidate experience from start to finishConduct initial screening calls with candidates to determine qualifications and cultural fitBuild strong relationships with hiring managers across all business units, with a high-touch focus on ECMConsult with leaders to understand job requirements, team needs, and ideal candidate profilesProvide regular updates and hiring metrics to stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth progressOversee summer internship programs for Equity Capital Markets planning to executing, including program events, curriculum, and managing feedback processesCollaborate with appropriate internal stakeholders, including Human Capital, Registration, Compliance, IT and other areas, to properly execute hiring and onboardingAttend campus events, and facilitate other off-campus recruiting eventsOversee and manage recruiting logistics, securing interviewers, scheduling candidates, gather and consolidate feedback, offer management and onboardingCreate and maintain appropriate year-round relationships with campus organizations and personnel at target schools including career centers, faculty, student clubs, internal stakeholders and alumniDevelop database of talent via LinkedIn and other sources with proactive outreach to potential candidatesTravel required to other offices, team events and collegesQualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience2+ years of recruiting experience (corporate, agency, or a mix), preferably within financial services or professional servicesExperience supporting diverse role types, including early‑career and professional level hiringStrong skills in screening, interviewing, and managing candidate pipelinesAbility to build relationships quickly with internal leadersStrong organizational and project‑management skills, especially when managing seasonal hiring cyclesExperience managing or supporting internship or university recruiting programs is strongly preferredExperience navigating and using an Application Tracking SystemExcellent communication and interpersonal skills; confident interacting with stakeholders at all levelsTeam player with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationshipsAbility to actively hire and recruit multiple open requisitions at a timeSelf-motivated and passionate; proven track record of project management and achieving resultsDemonstrated ability to think creatively, strategically, and operationally with a commercial mindsetAbility to work well as an individual contributor in a collaborative environment and within working groups, both formal and informal, on various initiativesStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Suite products such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Teams, EtcWhat we offer:Competitive salary plus excellent benefits and perks including, but not limited to:Medical, Dental and VisionCompany 401(k)and ESOP contribution Generous sick, vacation, and maternity/parental leavePaid holidaysProfessional Development OpportunitiesTuition Reimbursement ($15,000 lifetime cap)Discounted personal insurance including home, auto and recreational vehiclesCharitable gift-matching programDavidson Day of Giving - Our tradition of positively impacting communities in which we live and work. The compensation offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis considering a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the skills, relevant work experience, and geographic location of each specific candidate. This role is eligible to participate in applicable D.A. Davidson variable compensation programs.
