Direct Marketing Analyst

About the RoleDeinde Financial (dba Integra Credit) is hiring a Direct Marketing Analyst manage and optimize our direct customer acquisition program. This role blends hands-on campaign execution with analytical problem-solving and continuous testing. You will work closely with senior marketing leadership and cross-functional partners to improve conversion, reduce friction, and scale profitable growth across direct marketing channels. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build deep expertise in lifecycle marketing, experimentation, and performance analytics. Job Responsibilities Execute and manage direct marketing campaigns across channels, including direct mail, email, SMS, and outbound communicationsMonitor and report on key performance indicators tied to conversion, cost, and customer outcomesDesign, implement, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests across the customer lifecycleIdentify points of friction in the customer journey and propose data-backed improvementsPartner cross-functionally with Data Science, Product, Risk, and Compliance to drive executionBuild concise presentations that communicate performance, insights, and recommended actionsSupport compliance reviews and audits related to direct marketing activityContribute ideas that measurably improve revenue and customer experience What Success Looks LikeFirst 90 days: Learn channel mechanics, reporting, and compliance requirements.
