Pallet Builder/Repair ***URGENT HIRE***

Job Type: Full-time Pay: From: $17-$18 per hour + weekly production bonus Expected hours: No less than 40 per week Schedule: Monday to Friday 6am-2:30pm OT available based on production needs Work Location: Clarence, NY Responsibilities Repair or build wooden pallets Use of hand tools & nail gun Pallet quality control (QC) Meet daily work requirements for assigned tasks. Maintain a clean work area throughout the shift to ensure job safety. Prioritize personal and equipment safety at all times. Conduct pre-startup equipment checks and promptly report any issues to the Maintenance Department or General Manager. Requirements Prior experience in pallet repair or building is highly preferred. Experience in a manufacturing facility or a similar setting is advantageous. Mechanical knowledge is beneficial, particularly the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment problems. Proficiency in safely and effectively using hand tools and power tools is essential. A keen attention to detail and a dedication to delivering high-quality work are important. Openness to learning new skills and adapting to evolving production demands is necessary.
