This role requires a developer who is comfortable working in a large, governed IT environment and can leverage AI tools to accelerate development, testing, documentation, and code review while maintaining high standards of quality, security, and supportability.\r\nResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and support applications and integrations.\r\nAdminister and develop ServiceNow platform solutions, including configuration, customization, and ongoing platform enhancements\r\nCollaborate with business partners, architects, security teams, and product owners to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.\r\nParticipate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.\r\nUtilize approved AI tools to improve development efficiency, testing coverage, documentation, and code quality.\r\nFollow established architecture, security, governance, and change management standards.\r\nContribute to code reviews, technical documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.\r\nQualifications5+ years of full stack software development experience in an enterprise environment.\r\nExperience with modern development frameworks, APIs, databases, and cloud-based applications, with particular emphasis on SQL, .NET, React, and JavaScript.\r\nStrong understanding of software development best practices, testing methodologies, and CI/CD processes.\r\nExperience working within formal governance and architecture review processes.\r\nStrong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.\r\n2+ years of ServiceNow admin/development experience across platform configuration, scripting, workflows, and integrations\r\nExperience with ServiceNow workflows, business rules, scripting, integrations, and platform customization.\r\nExperience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or similar technologies.\r\nServiceNow certifications are a plus.\r\nExperience working within Agile or SAFe delivery frameworks.\r\nWhat We're Looking ForA developer who combines strong technical expertise with sound engineering discipline.
