You will be tasked with developing and executing the testing cases, as well as maintaining documentation and control procedures. You will ensure successful testing by collaborating closely with product owners, and technology developers, and data owners.\nJob responsibilities\n\nExecute end-to-end testing activities, including planning and reporting. \nEnsure compliance with internal policies and procedures including executing testing procedures, meticulously documenting results, drawing informed conclusions.\nParticipate in business meetings to collaborate with business partners which includes drafting comprehensive final test summaries to ensure alignment and clarity.\nUtilize advanced critical thinking skills to apply substantive testing techniques and \nAdhere to firm standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. \nCollaborate with product owners to support the design and effectiveness of test cases.\nDevelop and execute robust test scripts aimed at identifying weaknesses.\nDocument test steps and results in a comprehensive and organized manner, ensuring sufficient support and justification for testing conclusions. \nMaintain a high standard of documentation to facilitate transparency, traceability, and accountability.\nAutomate testing procedures wherever possible and proactively adopt AI tools and technologies, in alignment with firm expectations for innovation and efficiency.\n\n Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills\n\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, Statistics, Accounting.\n5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in user acceptance testing, risk management assessment, control evaluations, or a related field.\nExperience with database management systems (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, Oracle, SQL Server, etc.).\nProficiency in MS (Microsoft Suite) Office such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.\nProficiency with SQL (complex queries and working with large datasets).\nDemonstrated ability to analyze issues, develop and implement effective risk mitigation strategies, and communicate insights and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders.\nAbility to develop and communicate recommendations based on regulatory guidance and standards, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance requirements.\nOrganized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to convey information in a clear and concise manner.\n\nPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills\n\nExperience within the financial services industry. \nA background in auditing and the ability to understand of internal controls is beneficial.\nKnowledge of data analytical tools such as Tableau, Alteryx or Python is a plus.\nExperience with cloud-based data solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).\nExperience with Java.\n\nTo be eligible for this role, you must be authorized to work in the United States.
