You will pick, pack, and ship our parts and instruments to customers worldwide, as well as assist with other warehouse duties. You should be able to demonstrate a sense of urgency that will enhance our ability to deliver the parts needed as our team builds the instruments vital to our customers. This is a full-time role with flexibility for your work schedule.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nPick, pack and ship small parcel and freight\nPrepare raw materials and finished goods for transit in accordance with applicable specifications\nCommunicate with shipping agents, field teams and operations staff to ensure timely shipments\nBack up kitting and receiving functions as needed\nMaintain inventory integrity and an organized warehouse space\n\nQualifications\n\nDetailed oriented with accurate data entry skills\nProven experience to create shipping documentation working with online programs\nFamiliarity with FedEx, UPS, DHL for both domestic and international shipments is necessary\nExperience working with international shipping agents, a plus\nAbility to work and adapt in a fast-paced environment\nAbility to follow procedures and work instructions\nMust be a team player willing to adjust to a changing environment\nAbility to lift heavy products up to 30lbs., climb ladders, and work independently\nForklift experience a plus\n2+ yrs. experience in warehouse\nBasic computer literacy\nLocation in our Headquarters in Pleasanton, CA\n\nCompensation\n\nThe US base salary range for this full-time position is $25-28/hour. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual base salary may vary based on the Company's compensation practices.
