As a Quality Support Specialist on the overnight shift, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest food safety and quality standards while working alongside experienced industry professionals who are committed to your growth and development.What You’ll DoBe the backbone of Quality Assurance by collecting, reviewing, and validating production documentation to ensure accuracy and complianceSupport continuous improvement initiatives by collaborating with cross-functional teams to strengthen processes and maintain high-quality standardsPerform and support inspections, audits, and compliance programs, including metal detector verification, sanitation checks, and pest control monitoringTrain and support employees on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), food safety, and sanitation proceduresIdentify non-conformities, investigate issues, and help develop corrective actions that improve product quality and customer satisfactionPartner closely with the Quality Manager to update procedures and support new quality initiativesWhat You Bring to the Table2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food industry, with exposure to Quality Assurance and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)High school diploma or GED requiredPCQI (Preventive Controls for Human Food) certification is a strong plusStrong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a self-motivated mindsetAbility to read, write, and communicate effectively in English is requiredWhat’s in It for YouHands-on learning and career development opportunitiesA collaborative, supportive team environmentThe opportunity to contribute to a company that values quality, safety, and innovationShift InformationOvernight Shift (Schedule to be confirmed): 7:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.Ready to make an impact and grow your career with Bridor?
