Key Responsibilities
Provide HR support in areas such as performance management, employee relations, and benefits compliance
Administer HR functions including documentation review, maintaining employee records, and conducting workplace investigations

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in HR or equivalent experience
3+ years of comprehensive HR experience
Highly organized with excellent project management skills
