Dinner / Night Bartender

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Dinner / Night Bartender to join our established team. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages based on recipes, ensuring consistency and quality. Serve, with knowledge, dinner menu. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, offering recommendations and creating a confortable bar ambiance. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times. Manage cash handling, POS transactions , and billing accurately while providing excellent customer service. Monitor guest behavior to promote safety, prevent over-serving, and handle any issues promptly and tactfully. Restock bar supplies efficiently during shifts, including alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and glassware. Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth service flow during busy night hours.Requirements Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of POS systems and experience with cashiering and cash handling is essential. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests in a fast paced environment while maintaining professionalism. Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts using strong organizational skills. Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices. Familiarity with retail math for accurate sales tracking and cash reconciliation. Previous experience in catering or food industry settings . Basic math skills for quick calculations related to sales, tips, and change management. Strong communication skills in English; ability to work flexible evening hours .
